At the beginning of our journey together, Jmmanuel told me "Ask and you shall receive. I may not give you everything you want but I will give you everything you need."
He came through in spades on that one!

The following are a collection of 'short stories' of ways in which he did this.
Rose
While I lived down south my best friend was Rose.
When hubby and I moved north, Rose had just been diagnosed with terminal cancer and given less than 6 months to live. She was also in the process of selling her house and moving.
I'd given her my new address but hadn't heard from her and I had no idea where to even look for her given she'd moved. We lost touch.
When the cabal murdered my husband I said to Jmmanuel "I can't do this alone, I'm too beat up now. I need you to bring me a friend, someone who will believe what is being done to me."
That night I came home to find a message on my answering machine - FROM ROSE!
I immediately called her back and we made arrangements for her to drive north and spend a few days with me.

I asked her "Rose, what the hell happened? I thought you were dead!"
She said "I told the Lord I knew I was here on a mission but felt I hadn't completed it yet. I asked him to please let me stay to finish my mission."

The next time Rose saw her oncologists every tumor in her lungs had disappeared and there was no trace of cancer anywhere in her body. Doctors called her a medical miracle...but she and I knew who had cured her of her cancer.

My request to Jmmanuel to bring me a friend was the unfinished work she had to do on her mission here. Sadly, Rose died of a stroke a year or so later. I miss her to this day.
2 Cellos Concert
My sister and brother-in-law were about to celebrate their wedding anniversay. We enjoy doing things together so I purchased VIP tickets to a 2 Cellos concert in Milwaukee for the 3 of us to attend.

A couple of days before the concert my dad passed away unexpectedly.
We debated if we should still attend the concert but since all arrangements had been made, we decided we'd attend.
My dad and I were extremely close so his death kind of hit me hard. I wished Jmmanuel could attend the concert with me as he's always been my rock to lean on. Yet I knew how busy he was and I didn't want to have to put him through telling me "Gracie, I just can't." So I never said a word to him about the concert.

As usual, the concert completely sold out. Looking around the theater I saw there were no vacant seats, save for the one right next to me. I figured at the price of VIP tickets whoever had bought that seat was just hung up in traffic and would show up eventually.
The theater darkened, the curtain went up and the concert began. I was wrapped up in listening to the music so paid no attention to the gentleman who sat down in the empty seat beside me.
Stejpan and Luka began playing My Heart Will Go On from Titanic.
I've always loved the song but that night it was bittersweet for me given I'd be burying my dad the following day.
Suddenly the guy sitting next to me reached over to hold my hand.
I was contemplating how to break his hand for him without disrupting the entire concert when he turned to smile at me.
It was Jmmanuel.
Hurricane Katrina
As New Orleans residents were preparing to evacute before Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans a friend of mine contacted me and asked if I'd ask Jmmanuel to keep her family and house safe - which I did.

They left New Orleans and I didn't hear from my friend for the next 3 years.
Then one day I got an email from her asking her if I'd thank Jmmanuel for her.

She and her family all came through unscathed but what was remarkable was her home.
The homes in her New Orleans neighborhood had been reduced to nothing but matchsticks - every single one of them.
For illustration purposes only
In the middle of all that matchstick rubble sat her house - completely untouched save for flood water damage. Not a window broken. A huge tree that should have fallen directly on her roof came down, missing her house by mere inches.

She sent me photos of her house but I lost them in a computer crash.
Be Careful What You Wish For
While I was targeted at the Sheriff's Department I found all of my co-workers turned on me, threatened with their jobs if they supported me in any way and/or didn't outright lie about me as part of the Chief Deputy's railroading me from law enforcement.

One of them was Bo [an alias] our K9 officer. I had a bond with his K9 dog, Turbo and if anyone should've known not to play the Chief Deputy's game it was Bo.
His turning his back on me hurt me deeply and yes, made me angry. I said to Jmmanuel "You need to teach that boy a lesson about who's side he's on."

The Angelics are big on synchronicity. The next morning (my wedding anniversary) it was reported a deputy had crashed into the back end of a logging truck not a mile from my home.
It was Bo.
By all rights Bo should've been killed in that accident. He came out of it with only a broken leg.
Turbo was unhurt.

Shortly after that I ran into Bo at the local medical clinic.
Surprise, surprise he actually spoke to me.

He said "Someone above was watching out for me that morning."
I said "I'm glad you realize that now!"

But Jmmanuel wasn't through with Bo just yet. Jmmanuel usually does things in 3's.
Not long after that Bo fell asleep at the wheel and hit a tree head-on at over 50 mph. Again he watlked away with no significant injuries.
Then he mistook his niece for a cougar in his yard and shot her in the shoulder. He was lucky he didn't kill her and was put on suspension pending internal investigation. He was eventually cleared.

As for me, I learned to be careful what I wished for!
Don't Mess With Gracie!
My Alien Love Bite partner (Todd) was one of my superiors at the SO. He was definitely not the type of guy I'd ever fall for - a bodybuilder in love with his own reflection in the mirror.
When they flipped him to an alter during the love bite he turned absolutely vicious toward me with no provocation on my part whatsoever.
There was a certain song that reminded me of him, that aired on the radio at that time.

One night his friend told me about an incident that had happened to Todd while he was driving.
The song that reminded him of me came on the radio. He changed the station. Same song playing on that station. He changed stations again - same song playing there. He did this several times always with the same result - the song that reminded him of me playing.
And according to his friend, very narrowly missed hitting the car ahead of him.

Jmmanuel excels at manipulating any device and is uber protective of me so I knew whose handiwork that was. He never did like Todd much...
I had a good laugh over the whole thing.
